Find the request and the question
The two meter phrases serve different purposes: one asks whether the meter is running, and the other asks for it to be turned on. In the first two phrases, replace the dots with your destination.
Practice
Practice the sequence: say where you want to go, ask about the meter, then ask to stop here. Read the two meter phrases again and identify which is a question.
Reading guide
Transliteration key: 3 = ع, 7 = ح, sh = ش, kh = خ, gh = غ. A dot under a consonant marks an emphatic consonant. Latin spellings are reading aids; they do not fully capture pronunciation.
